Heritage Haven Home is the luxury craftsman studio of Continental Construction & Development. We design and build residences in the great American craftsman tradition — deep eaves, exposed rafter tails, hand-laid stone, and millwork that shows the maker’s care.
Every Heritage Haven home is conceived as a future heirloom. We select species and stone for character, not just specification, and we detail joinery and trim with the patience of a furniture maker. The result is a home that feels rooted, warm, and quietly extraordinary.

Waterstone offers the privacy of estate living with all of that within reach.
Every inch of the home reflects true master-builder craftsmanship. Hand-selected timbers, exposed structural brackets, hand-laid stone, and cedar shingle siding form an exterior built to weather beautifully for generations. The plan is shaped around a generous covered outdoor living room — fireplace, summer kitchen, and dining — that extends the home into the Texas evenings, while a working scullery off the main kitchen keeps daily life effortless. Upstairs, a flexible bonus space adapts to the way the family grows: media, game room, studio, or second living.
Inside, custom millwork is the quiet hero — coffered and beamed ceilings, raised-panel wainscoting, built-in cabinetry, a hand-crafted stair, solid-stock interior doors, and bespoke kitchen, scullery, and library casework, all milled and fit on site by our own carpenters.
