Beyond our home counties, we take on a small number of projects each year across the surrounding counties — wherever the lot, the family, and the architecture justify a one-off custom home.
Our surrounding-county work spans Denton, Hunt, Kaufman, Grayson, Fannin, and the eastern reaches of Dallas County. We are intentionally selective: these are commissions for clients who have found a piece of land worth building once, well — typically larger parcels where the home can be designed around the site rather than squeezed onto it.
